Grider Upholstery is an interior design studio and bespoke workroom dedicated to interiors of distinction, guided by materiality and the respect for the handmade. The work favors color, pattern, and texture over the humdrum of neutrals, creating saturated, jewel-box rooms with personality and presence rather than anonymity. Each project is approached as a fully considered lived environment. The results are spaces tailored to each client that feel intimate, expressive, and enduring, defined by character, craftsmanship, and a clear point of view.

My portfolio workroom has serviced projects for some of the most esteemed designers, such as Charlotte Moss, and fabric houses, such as Scalamandré and Jim Thompson, and reflects a standard of excellence appreciated by those who demand the very best. At Grider Upholstery, each creation is as unique and extraordinary as the clients I serve. This is where craftsmanship meets art, and the ordinary is transformed into the extraordinary.

Living with a service-related injury, three cats, and a husband has only sharpened his belief that spaces are meant to be lived in, not merely admired.
